Glad to see my alma mater finally getting some academic recognition. Bama has been way underrated academically for some time now. Also glad to see Auburn representing, great for the state of Alabama to have such top notch institutions in the state.

Wow, I guess I've never realized how retarded Mississippi schools are. Especially Ole Miss. Aren't they supposed to be the preppy, well-off MS kids?

You obviously have never met anyone that went there.

Yes, they are pretty much all retarded. Beautiful women, though!

But according to the Tiger Rant, Bama is one of the worst schools in the country. I mean, we are LUCKY to be accredited, right? I bet the SEC/ESPN had a hand in that.

Who said that? It's common knowledge that Bama is a good school academically. You shouldnt take trolling to heart.

I think these rankings suck tremendously.

SMU over TAMU and Baylor? From a Texas perspective I don't get that at all.

And neither Baylor nor SMU can compete with TAMU in graduate programs in science and engineering.

Two years ago TAMU was ahead of both UF and UGA in the public school rankings.

We just got a law school and a billion dollar federal vaccine center grant. We'll be back.

You never have to ask an engineer what they majored in because they'll tell you within five minutes of the beginning of the conversation.

Everyone knows Vandy doesn't really count in this department, so we're technically #1.

You're from Ohio. We win.

Missouri...? Are they not a fricking AAU school? I thought the very best were AAU schools.

Plus you have other schools in the state that attract the brightest students like Washington U, Truman St, Missouri S&T, and St. Louis University. Considering the population of about 6mil Missouri have some pretty good academic schools to choose from.
