I'm leaving Friday afternoon with 3 of my friends and I'll be staying with my friend that goes to UT. I'm super excited about going to Austin

First time to Austin for me. Headed out tomorrow afternoon. Should land in Austin around 7. Oh and my 26th bday is Saturday at midnight. I am about to get all kinds of weird in Austin.

I have weekend warrior drill this weekend. I can't even drink during the game Saturday night because we have a PT test first thing Sunday morning.
If we lose the game I might just wallow in my sorrows anyway and just let my commander know I'll try harder next time.

Dude I just moved back to MS from Fort Worth, TX. I used to have to make that drive back to Southaven monthly for drill (didn't want to transfer units to the Texas National Guard...because frick Texas).
That's a shitty drive.
Especially I-20 through LA. It smells bad and it's ugly.
