What a horrible position Sawyer has put the coaches in. You would think a SR team leader would be smarter then this. I think he has to sit and hopefully be ready for the Bama game. You know they team needs him for the Texas game, but he really screwed the pooch here.

Obviously, most of us don't know the details, but just from what we DO know - if Freeze doesn't suspend him, it will send a message to other players that winning matters more than discipline.

I know a coaching staff that took this stance one before. We ended in a spiral as a program thanks to them.

If he does NOT suspend Sawyer, he better have a damn good reason and he better be VERY transparent with that reason.

I'll reserve judgement to see if we get a reasonable explanation.

Charles has been a good kid for us so far. I'm sure his fantastic track record will carry some weight for him.

Yup.

DUI's can happen to people in all walks of life. Good people or bad people, doesn't matter.
