With him saying we have sold 9 new suites, I'm not as worried about the NEZ. I don't like how close the Arena is to the stadium. I love the idea of them being next to one another but he is making the same mistake Boone made and that mistake is causing us the problem of properly bowling in the stadium. You have to anticipate growth. When Boone put up the video board and built the fed ex center he did not anticipate us ever bowling in the NEZ which is dumb. Bjork is anticipating that we ever do anything else with our West side with how close he is building the arena.

Also this bullshite about raising 10 million is 7 weeks or we won't be able to build these on this timeline. Why give that timeline if you aren't going to keep it.
