Joe Schad ?@schadjoe 3m Bryn Renner completed 52% with Jadeveon Clowney on the field and 75% when the DL was on the sideline last week. (ESPN Stats & Info)

Clowney didn't have the stats but to say he was a nonfactor in the game is a joke. Those people obviously didn't watch the game.

That's a pretty interesting statistic.

What stood out the most to me, and proved that JD had an impact, was when Renner was talking about the sacks that Clowney had, even though Clowney didn't have one. Shows just how much either the legend or the actual player was getting into his head.

Really? I didn't hear about that. Clowney was sooo close to getting a scak after the rain delay when UNC was in the redzone.

After re-watching the game, I guarantee that if people had watched the game with no volume, they would've thought Clowney didn't do that bad.

Palmer and Pollack were tearing him apart for most of the game. I feel this plays into the perception that he was a non-factor.

That broadcast was bad for Clowney from the get go.

"We're going to have a camera on Clowney for most of the night"

For him to talk about that fluke of a play with Jenkins.

USC ought to ban that fricker from the broadcast booth because every time hes here he has to talk about it, whether ESPN shows the highlight or not.

I went through their baby blue abortion of a site trying to find the audio file, but no dice. I definitely heard it on 107.5 the Friday after the game, though.
