When I lived in my fraternity house I used to get hammered all the damn time but I rarely drink heavily now. If I am drinking just beer I can't get too bad but if I mix in some shots or liquor it's game over. Gamedays are also some of my finer moments because I drink nothing but liquor. 
That might be changing this season because I can't nurse 2 day hangovers anymore.

It's CRAZY how much worse a hangover gets as you approach 30..

It's hard not too. Particularly for those of us that really enjoy drinking.
