He obviously has some kind of issue with his ankle or foot, and I want to assume it's minor...then again, he's been playing in the scrimmages and reports have said he wasn't limping or anything, so why wear the boot? Extra precaution, I assume? It's not like Alabama would need him against Virginia Tech anyways.

Probably where it was stepped on in the last scrimmage. Probably just extra precaution.

Or he's going to be the stud that wins the NC with a broken foot this yr. GMac did it with broken ribs, Julio did with a broken hand, Lacy did with a broken hand, time for a QB to be back in the rotation to do it with something broken.

Alabama could win by 20 tomorrow with a Mt. Cody at quarterback. I would pull AJ after the half just so his foot doesn't get stepped on or something stupid. Not worth the risk
