I have never liked that logo..Have nothing against the FDL, but as a Saints/LSU fan, one FDL is enough

I personally hope LSU goes back to the retro tiger like on the helmets instead of that retarded drooling toonces tiger they have now

I grew up a Redskins fan being from VA, but then I moved to New Orleans and worked for the Saints the year they won the Super Bowl...so I've been a fan since then

Watched every home game from the field of the Dome

No it really isn't.The Fluer De Lis is a big thing in Louisiana and comes from our french culture. LSU has just as much a right to it as anyone else.

I realize you're not a native and that's fine but you're really talking out of your arse right now.

Also, on a more personal level, Cajuns and coonasses know that Baton Rouge just ain't one of us. City's got more in common with Shreveport than New Orleans or Acadiana.

I agree with this.

They're certainly not the party school that they were ten or twelve years ago, and I hate downtown Laffy. But it still beats Tigerland and Northgate. (But so does does downtown Bryan).

Anyway, great to see all the Saints love in the SEC. I love my college teams because I was part of the college, but the Saints are in my blood.

Not even a little, just pointing out a fair weather fan base when I see one. The bulk of ours is no better.

That's not true at all. There was an influx of bandwagoners after Katrina and when the team moved back, but even before that the Saints had a pretty strong fan base.

From New Orleans area went to AU for school and never looked back. LSU was ok until I went to AU, shows how big of douche bags friends can be when you go to another school...joking. Always loved the saints though. That's my team.

Born and raised in Louisiana. Not talking out of my arse at all. Lived in Lafayette, Shreveport and New Orleans. Have a brother at LSU. Only in Texas for school. I know exactly what I'm talking about, because I sure as hell didn't see any fleur de lis LSU stuff pre-Brees/BCS championships.

You really can't call an entire fanbase "fair weathered"..Lots of bandwagoners? Yeah for sure. I mean any time a team who hasn't won a super bowl in like 50 years wins one, you're going to have wagon jumpers.

Dad was a Saints fan because of Archie so I naturally watched them. When they drafted Deuce, it was a no brainer.

if you think it's the same thing as putting a UGA logo/colors inside an Atlanta Falcons silhouette then yeah you are because it's not the same thing at all. The Saints do not own the Fluer De Lis.

Saints are my team! I've always liked them, mostly because I love New Orleans. I'ts a cool place, I've done some partying there. Not to mention I've done a lot of research on their failing levee system. And it also helped former Mizzou QB Chase Daniel was on the team up until this year, when he went to my #2 team....the KC Chiefs.
