No. They shouldn't. They had 45 days to prepare for the game, too. That is just faulty logic. There were several teams that played Alabama well last year. If Notre Dame can't prepare for a big game, then they don't deserve to be there. You honestly believe they had the second best team in the country?
Alabama beat Michigan 41-14 in the first game of the season. They beat Notre Dame 42-14 in the last. In between several SEC teams played them closely. That doesn't tell you anything?
Alabama and LSU have BOTH played top teams from around the country early in the season and beaten them soundly. Right at this moment ion time the SEC is the best. As I said..doesn't mean it will stay that way, but it is this way right now.

I never said they didn't. I just said if the refs didn't screw Stanford.
