Also...if it's so easy to QB behind a good offensive line, then why hasn't LSU produced an AJ McCarron type QB since Flynn left after the '07 season? LSU's recruiting mirrors our own in many respects and yet LSU can't seem to find a play maker to fill the QB spot despite the dominant line play, talented RBs, and skilled WRs.

Maybe you just don't give McCarron enough credit? I mean...he's only the third QB in NCAA history to lead his team to back-to-back unanimous national championships.

Well, you see, these two guys named Jarrett Lee and Jordan Jefferson just so happened to sign with LSU...and they wouldn't have even been able to be successful at Alabama, much less anywhere else. They were just terrible quarterbacks that you couldn't do much with. In fact, what LSU was able to accomplish with them as starters is nothing short of fantastic.
