I'm not buying that 'not getting up' deal, that's ridiculous. The D played well, the O returned to atrocious with about 8 3&outs, the D wore out and we lost by a score. (Still could of won...2nd@2, man run the friggin ball). Honestly (this will probably be a minority opinion) I didn't see this 'huge talent gap' between LSU and Clemson in the least. They have a lot of good players. They also did what was necessary to win, we didn't.

THIS is what confuses me about LSU. You guys ALWAYS have a killer running game. Why not run the ball? Runrunrunrunrun and then, run the ball again. You did it to Florida, why not to Clemson?

The only talent gap between LSU and Clemson was in LSU's favor. You simply slipped up for whatever reason. Hey, it happens. We've seen it happen to us plenty of times.
