Before I update the OP with the Link I'd like to see how many people actually know the answers.
(Not Really a question but if you don't know a lot of trivia on this game then
you)
Two are softball questions and 1 could be tricky.. maybe

Sam Bowie. And he would've been an absolute badass if he hadn't played injured for half his career.

This is a good one. I think it's only John Wall and Anthony Davis as surprising as that may be. Of course you also have Tim Couch on the football side of it too.

Pat Riley?

Joe B. Hall?

That's like me asking you the name of Eli's son.
Oh wait.
Seriously though, anything you ever wanted to know about Kentucky Basketball is here. He also has all Kentucky Basketball stats dating back to the 1902-03 team. Seriously.

Some of the articles are great. He puts to shame a lot of the misconceptions and bullshite.
Terrence Jones and the Decision
Adolph Rupp's Racism: Fact or Fiction
Why Bowie over Jordan wasn't that bad of a move at the time.
Bear Bryant, Rupp, and The Cadillac

Did not look past the OP before I answered.......
Sam Bowie
I'd guess Issel. Only one I can think of unless Mashburn was
No clue
Pat Riley
GOAT. My sister was rooting for Duke, I was rooting for UK. I remember this vividly.

It's a little tricky bc of UKs history you expect more than just two

Not really because Bama has a similar history with Heisman winners.

I'm a Pelican fan though. I can't believe I didn't think about the Brow.
By the way, that dude looked great at the US team stuff in Vegas. He is special.

I never saw him play in college. I watched some of his Vegas stuff tho. Had no idea he could handle the ball as well as he does.

Was a PG in high school till he grew like a foot.
In Vegas, he was knocking down 20' jumpers so smooth. Man, I am so pumped for the Pelicans season this year.
I expect Davis to average 20/10 this year. Modern KG IMO.

Especially before Calipari. Bowie was close at #2.
Some others that were pretty close:
Alex Groza ('49) at #2
Wah Wah Jones ('49) at #9
Frank Ramsey ('53) at #5
Pat Riley ('67) at #7
Rick Robey ('78) at #3
Melvin Turpin ('84) at #6
Kenny Walker ('86) at #5
Rex Chapman ('88) at #8
Jamal Mashburn ('93) at #4
Antoine Walker ('96) at #6
Ron Mercer ('97) at #6
Demarcus Cousins ('10) at #5
Enes Kanter ('11) at #3
Michael Kidd-Gilchrist ('12) at #2
Tom Payne in '71 went #2 in the NBA Hardship Draft. It was the first draft that allowed underclassmen to be drafted if they met certain criteria and was supplemental to the NBA Draft.

Laettner should have been ejected for stomping Timberlake. Yep, still bitter....

Dan Issel didn't play at UK?

I'm pretty sure Dan Issel went to the ABA from Kentucky. Wound up with Denver when the ABA folded.
