Which begs a serious question. How come these facilities always seem to cost in the 20 - 40 million range? Office buildings do not cost that much and they have to include walls, elevators, more bathrooms, more concrete - for each floor - , more wiring, and all kinds of things that make office space more expensive to build than warehouses.

Auburn's is brand new and cost $12.5 million.

Most of them look like they have more than just a field with a roof over it. I know Ole Miss' facility has dining, weight rooms, coaching offices, media rooms, players lounge, player meeting room, locker room, physical therapy.
