Just evacuated my hotel because some idiot set off the fire alarm by smoking in their room.
Also got a discount on my rental car (not worth it, my company is paying for it) because some jackass can't get over his/her addiction and smoked in the car. I have to keep the windows down because I feel like I'm killing my future children. Not to mention it smells like a Shreveport bar and I'm worried about second hand emphysema.
Congrats on being a plague to the human race.

If they hadn't tried to make an entirely smoke-free hotel, this wouldn't be an issue. That's my deal when colleges try to go smoke-free (like Auburn has, and like Alabama has discussed). More students are going to end up smoking in their dorm rooms (many already do), further endangering the rest of the students.

The number one source of smoke on our campus is far and away professors. Particularly around Haley. It's going to be interesting to see what all those chain smoking English/Ethics profs do now that it's banned. My guess is they still smoke and no one says a damn thing about it.
