Add posters from other teams who actually want to be here to generate traffic and interest. We've tried recruiting other UK fans (which isn't as easy it sounds BTW, especially on a football centric board and you can't exactly just go advertise it on other major UK boards without the risk of being banned).
The goal should be to produce good discussion at this point.

What boards were you thinking about? What about old fashioned face to face recruiting among your peer group or work group (provided they do not fire you for Ranting @ work)?
