Better than no diploma most of them would have received without football. Maybe they do deserve a little cash for spending, etc, but at Bama they get a three meals a day prepared by a chef hired by the athletic department. They have access to sick facilities which include entertainment, pools, and state of the art fitness equipment. They are well taken care of.
