So he's a rich 20 year old being a 20 year old. I hate spoiled rich kids, I grew up all around them, and not being wealthy made me sort of hate them, but they weren't bad people, just a product of their environment.

The "He's just a 20 yr. old being a 20 yr. old" argument has zero merit.

He may be 20 but he's not a normal 20 yr. old college student. None of the 20 yr. old athletes are "normal". They represent a program and the university. They are being fairly compensated through scholarships. The expectation level should be higher. If we didn't think it should be higher, why are there multiple threads, posts, and news articles discussing what he shouldn't have done?

We all know more is expected of these athletes, and it should be. So no, he's not a normal 20 yr. old. He's the leader of a football program at a major university, and he happens to be the Heisman winner as well. It's o.k. to expect a little more...
