unlike the Cam saga, there are people coming forward from different parts of the country saying the same thing. paper trail or not I think the NCAA has to work hard to see if there is one. So the million dollar ? is does TAMU play or sit JFF if the NCAA is still doing their due diligence?

What's interesting is just as judicial rules don't necessarily help the NCAA, they don't bind them either. That is, the NCAA can rule based on circumstantial evidence. There is not a complete burden of proof. It will be interesting to see if the NCAA caves like they did with Cam.
