Not a fan of Danny Sheridan's but some think Danny was telling the truth and was dead on. No one was talking, and as you said, the NCAA can't make anyone talk, so, there was nothing to back his claims. And threats of liability and defamation shut him and the NCAA down.
Is Texas A&M preparing to use the same wise defense, at least by hiring the same law firm?

unlike the Cam saga, there are people coming forward from different parts of the country saying the same thing. paper trail or not I think the NCAA has to work hard to see if there is one. So the million dollar ? is does TAMU play or sit JFF if the NCAA is still doing their due diligence?

Threats from who? A university can't sue someone for defamation, libel or slander.
Danny Sheridan finally shut up because he looked like a bigger a-hole each time he promised that the bagman was coming forward they never did.
