Bookmarked the shite you said about our offense this coming season.

Jesus Christ, you ignorant inbreds are really putting words in my mouth. I don't think your O will be terrible or horrible and I've never said that. I do think there will be a bit of a drop off and you won't be able to run the ball as effectively. Considering you lose 2 top 11 picks on the OL, a three time AA (at different positions)/former Outland winner, a 2nd round pick at RB, and an excellent blocking TE that was drafted late, I dont see why that's so difficult to imagine?
I acknowledge you have the best WR and 2nd best RB in the conference and I even think McCarron is the 3rd best QB, but the offense has a UGA 2008 feel to it. Difference being, your D will be much better than UGA's under Willie Martinez.

Only one here dumb enough for those words. Own them pal.

It's difficult to imagine because we have been hearing this shite since 2009.

Haha the defensive simple minds are coming out the wood work. I acknowledged that my opinion could be wrong because nobody knows right now in August, never called the offense terrible - merely said it might struggle against above average Ds, and I compared your offense to an offense that scored 30 and 42 respectively in two of it's losses. Yet, I'm such a hater.

Wow…quite the leap right there. You should be doing analysis on College Football Live.

That was actually stated in the original text of mine that's being quoted. I can understand the Bama fans not taking kindly to anybody saying a single critical word about their football team since they have the best program in the country and have won 2 in a row, but this is a little ridiculous.

No, it would have made no difference. We would have called the same play and if CJ tips it, the same outcome occurs. All that matters is that Moseley made a play when it counted.
The whole game really comes down to that. Neither team dominated the other. CJ just made a great play when he needed to.

Thanks for the refresher! It was more one sided than I could remember. Was it considered a choke by Georgia or a very good Bama team having their way? Or did 4 quarter conditioning push Bama past Georgia?
As for whether they won or we choked, it was a bit of both. Looking at those rush stats, Bama should have dominated from the opening bell and it was nothing like that.
It really depends on your point of view. If Swann doesn't loaf on that TD pass, does it get completed? What if we don't miss that FG? Changes the outcome completely. Bama fans can say, "What if that punt isn't blocked? What if UGA doesn't covert on that fake?", etc.
It was neither of those factors nor conditioning, it was a lack of depth. Bama had a full team, UGA entered the season with 69 guys on scholarship. We might as well have been on NCAA probation last year. We had no useful depth last year on the D, everyone we have this year was either injured, redshirted, or still in HS/JUCO.

I just couldnt resist, I'm ready for football, discussing it gets me fired up.
And as for the rankings between Gurley/Yeldon and Murray/McCarron, they are definitely up for debate and I just offered my opinion. I've been wrong about plenty of things before and doubt I'll have a perfect track record in the future.

What's even more suckier is the fact that Saban is 'Bama's coach and we all know he's focused on the Texas job...

When you get trampled for 350 on the ground you got beat. Period. UGA was up after the blocked punt and Bama shoved it down their gullets and made them like it.

Two big 3rd down plays in 4th quarter decided the game. UGA had 3rd and 1 with about 6 minutes left and the lead. BAMA stuffed them.
BAMA had 3rd and 5 at 50 yd line with 4 minutes to go and Yeldon runs through Shawn Williams, drags him 3 yards and gets the first down.
Next play, AJ does what a champion does.

Spot on.
ETA: That was the first 3rd down we ran the ball the entire game if I'm not mistaken. And on Yeldon's run, he got to the whole just a bit quicker and was a bit to physical for Shawn Williams to handle

To UGA's credit, they did force a 3 and out to get the ball back for last drive.

Good assessment RDR. And I am not making excuses, but wasn't the blocked field goal right after the fantom tipped ball on the pass interference play? I may be wrong haven't watched the replay in a few weeks, but I do remember that being a big call.
