But, yes, you can start a Dooley scholarship you just won't get the exemption from the NCAA

And this is one more reason to add to the list of why the NCAA is crooked and needs to go. If one school can then they all should be able to.

That's a fair point. I don't think the Bryant Scholarship is the only one out there though. I think there were others that were grand-fathered in.

At any rate, I doubt there will be many, if any, more since the youngest of Bear's former players are getting up there in age
