8-10 is not unreasonable and if they really are great posters, I don't see what is wrong with that. I stand by those comments, phrasing could use some work though.
Also you definitely missed what I had earlier posted about why I want them on the board

On top of the fact that we have an easy way of kicking them out if they misbehave. Ross can permaban them. It is a trial basis
