Bama relys more on thier run game as compared to other teams...not as compared to thier passing game.

I'll go with Evans from A&M. Curious to see what the new Vandy QB will look like....he may rely heavily on Matthews.

True...if a Qb finds a favorite target all year(Chris todd to Darvin Adams...only!), that WR will rack up some serious stats.

And OM/UGA is not balanced...they pass more. You follow?

Alabama - 218 PYG - 227 RYG
Georgia - 285 PYG - 183 RYG
Ole Miss - 250 PYG - 174 RYG

Yeah, I would say Alabama is balanced.

What are you trying to say? No shite Bama is balanced, nobody is arguing otherwise.

Balanced means your WR's most likely will not have as many yards as ones on a good spread team, just so you know.

The top five WRs in the SEC last year:

Cobi Hamilton - 90 rec - 1335 yards - 5 TD
Jordan Matthews - 94 rec - 1323 yards - 8 TD
Mike Evans - 82 rec - 1105 yards - 5 TD
Justin Hunter - 73 rec - 1083 yards - 9 TD
Amari Cooper - 59 rec - 1000 yards - 11 TD

Only A&M ran a spread among those listed. UT had spread philosophies, but was it a "spread offense"?

There is always this notion that Alabama doesn't throw the football. It has already been stated three or four times in this thread alone, that Alabama runs the ball too much for great passing numbers. Cooper was 5th in the SEC in receiving yards in 2012, after not playing much for the first five games and missing most of the LSU game.

Not saying it's going to happen but I feel like JUCO transfer JaQuay Williams might light it up for A&M. Would not surprised if he lead the team in yards this season.

I don't get why fans think Bama runs the ball way more than it passes....look at the stats folks...we balanced as frick.

Would guess Moncrief or Evans. Not a slight to Cooper, as he's a bawse, but Alabama'll rely a lot more on the running game and will run less plays in general than OM and Tlittle due to the nature of their offenses.

It never fails....

Not really...we're just better at it than most other teams.

That was a sick catch by Cooper, his 2nd badass td grab on the night.

No excuse here whatsoever, but I was so mad at that play bc we had held yall to 3rd and goal and Frank fricking Crawford, a backup backup, got Moss'd on by Cooper.
