Is Kevin Sumlin obligated to impose the same or stricter punishment on Deshazor Everett and Floyd Raven as LSU does to Hill?

What did they do? Are they already on probation for carnal knowledge of a minor?

Technically, it's not really up to LSU. It's up to the judge if he thinks Hill should do time.
