Wasn't he already on probation? Don't normal people get in real trouble, not just game suspensions?

My 13 y/o brother GAVE away ONE adderall to a friend, who sold it for 50 cents, and he went to juvie for a weekend, house arrest for a month, and alternative school for the rest of the school year. -____-

distribution of a controlled substance is much much much worst than getting into a bar fight

Sorry that your 13 year old brother dabbles in the drug trade. By his senior year he'll likely have his own lab.

Depends on the circumstances.

In this situation though I don't think average joe would have his probation revoked. Probably a year or two added on which is almost certainly what will happen here.

That's kind of distributing illegal drugs, man. Those penalties are actually kind of light for such a charge
