See post above. Barring any major injuries, UGA will be the more battle-tested team heading in after a cupcake game.

Well, no, considering we beat the holy hell out of them on their biggest stage of the 2005 season. I fail to see what 2005 has to do with 2013, though.

How often do teams not have an off game in a 13 or 14 game schedule? Other factors play in as well. Thanks for selectively picking last year's game and forgetting 2011's.
Just because those are good tests doesn't mean your defense will be ready for this game, but the same argument can be made for LSU's offense after their test and tuneups.
No doubt Georgia will be this season but both teams return battle tested players from last season. I'm not sure the games against Clemson and South Carolina will give you a great advantage. If you lose both, where will your team be mentally? How's their development? The arguments regarding the LSU/Georgia game will be revisited after the 1st 2 weeks. 1st game performances can be deceiving.
If there were a PM system here, I'd be interested in hearing why you think so. LSU was average in 2008. LSU had already dropped a game in 2004, 2005, and 2008 before losing to Georgia. In 2004 and 2005, their 1st loss would have removed them from title game consideration. Nowadays, the best SEC programs (except South Carolina) are striving for national titles. 2004, 2005, and 2008 would not have satisfied LSU fans today.
I'll bite. 2011 Arkansas >>> 2011 Auburn. Sure, South Carolina shouldn't have lost to Auburn that year, but Georgia did not face the SEC West's best until the SEC Championship game that y'all lost 42-10. That's as far as I'll go unless you respond.
Georgia had the easiest 2012 schedule of the East's Big 3. Your West Schedule was a joke for the second year in a row. Arkansas beat Auburn and went down to the wire with Ole Miss. On top of that South Carolina had LSU.
South Carolina had come off of their greatest win in program history; it was a very emotional game for South Carolina, and they could not match that intensity against LSU. LSU dominated.
If it weren't for the LSU loss, there would have been a 3-way tie for the East. The 44-11 blowout wouldn't have helped South Carolina's case, but South Carolina or Florida would have deserved the division in that case. Florida played Georgia closely the whole game and was not blown out by South Carolina. Georgia and South Carolina both have a blowout loss on their record and weaker schedules. I think Florida would have been the leader in the BCS standings.
What's even funnier is that last year's SEC Championship marked the first time Alabama faced someone other than Florida.

That's our point - being the best team in the East really isn't that impressive anymore. None of ya'll will beat the Big 3.
