No I haven't used that word nor did I ever hear my parents say it. I have heard other black people use it. And when I would tell my black friends to not use either of those words they'd make jokes and call me an "Uncle Tom." But like I said my parents didn't allow us to use language like that and neither did they. My grandparents were both in the Civil Right Movement & my mom and dad rembered integration and didn't want any of their children doing such things.
