Also during her apology tour, she referred to her best black friend as being as black as a chalkboard, and how the camera couldn't even see him....that was just really stupid...

This is hilarious. And indicative of just how far past the Twilight Zone we really are.......

There is nothing offensive whatsoever about the statement you describe. Zero.

Black is a color. Chalkboards are black. SOme people are black. Like chalkboards.

The funny part though.....is that if you look at your statement logically.........THE ONLY WAY HER STATEMENT COULD BE OFFENSIVE...........is if you think there is something bad about being black.

Otherwise, what's the big deal?

Sidenote: This society is doomed! frickin' PC idiots everywhere............

Obviously, "white as snow" and "black as night" are common phraseology and used in a joking manner more often than not, but that doesn't change the fact it's probably not the best idea to make a race related joke after being accused of racism. I don't think anyone was actually like "omg I'm so offended kkk 666". It just wasn't the smartest thing to say or appropriate at the moment in time.

The words used aren't even the important part of the matter. Again, it's not being PC when actually practicing the employment policies she is allegedly accused of.
