This whole deal is super fricking stupid. Its border line making me angry. How are we supposed to 'let go' of racism when every chance they get, the media and parties involved blow things sky high. Racism is a buzzword. There will always be some racism, and thats merited. I have some black friends who are the best kind of people in the world. On the other hand, a I have meet some where the N bomb is probably appropriate. Same with whites... I have some white friends that I can completely understand why black people hate them, I hate them too. We need to drop color and just realize that its the people who suck, not the their color. Paula wouldn't hurt a fly.

It isn't just about the n-word. At some point, I'm sure we've all said some sort of racial slur, regretfully.
The main concern here is she referred to her black employees as her "little monkeys" and specifically had white and lighter skinned blacks working in positions where they would come in contact with customers, while dark skin blacks were put in the back. Obviously all this is allegedly, but she hasn't done much to deny it.
Also during her apology tour, she referred to her best black friend as being as black as a chalkboard, and how the camera couldn't even see him....that was just really stupid...
It isn't so much about the n-word, as it is you can't really implement those types of hiring practices in this day and age.

If you hate them, why are you friends with them? Seems like an easy way to trim down ye olde Christmas Card list.
