Timeline for NEZ Expansion

Does anyone know the anticipated start and completion dates for bowling in the NEZ?
Those artist renderings of what the completed project could look like have had me giddy since day one so hopefully someday soon. TIA

I asked the guy when I called to renew my tickets this year. He said that there was "no timeline" and that it was just a concept at this point. Basically, they are still short funding for the new arena, and they can't really even plan NEZ until they have the money raised and the final bids in on the arena. If it comes in over budget, it could put the NEZ off by another year or two.
In reality, I think we are looking at 2018-2020 for completion.
But if I am wrong, the Rant will always be there to correct me. So maybe someone has better news than me....

Have thicker skin dude ... Taxman and many of the other Dawgs that (rarely) post in here are very level head and never really stir the pot too much other than the occasional subtle jab ... in which I do the same thing to their board so it's all find to me.
FWIW Taxman is good people.
