The one interesting thing about this thread is if a permanent ACC/SEC OOC could be worked out there are already some naturals.

Seriously Tulane doesn't generate enough interest within their own fan base to be a rival with LSU
It ain't the 60's anymore. No one in this city cares about Tulane sans 2000 folks
LSU owns this state. It would have to be someone like a neighbor maybe Houston or Baylor but really that would suck too
