Baby steps. Bertman didn't win his first trip there, nor did Mainieri.
Lots of people think Cohen is a dick (and he kind of is), but being a dick doesn't stop him from being a good coach. He has y'all headed in the right direction.

Bertman was a dick, by most accounts. But he knew what he was doing.
