Considering Georgia State is a transitional team and can't even play in a bowl until 2014 Bama basically is playing two FCS teams. But they didn't lose a BCS OOC due to changing conferences like we did.

This is a really stupid excuse for playing a second FCS team, when the fact is that lots of BCS non-AQ teams were playing out of conference that weekend.

Seriously...this is the best excuse you guys can come up with?

Definitely think 9 would be better, but any line of thinking that NS is looking out for the conference is BS, it's all about BAMA, which it should be , but don't make him out to be a saint, he's CYA. When has BAMA gone on the road to play OOC BCS team, other than 1 trip to happy valley, since he got there? Usually it's a neutral site game. Not that it's not smart mind you, but it is a little bit easier scheduling wise and to say sure add another conf game, when you don't have to worry about a mandatory home and home OOC rivalry game.
