I realize it was not a failed test. The issue is that he admitted it (respectable IMO). Richt AND the University have taken their stance publicly so it is tough to say that they'd overlook it this time. Just because the means by which they found out changed, it doesn't mean the punishment will.
Can't remember but was the pot brownie thing last season and actual arrest or test? It was still a suspension IIRC.

Rambo failed a test. Secondly, the police questioned him without Miranda, so his confession means squat. They searched the entire dorm and bathroom with permission and found nothing. Deal with this internally and no "hypocrite" stuff would have followed.
