Dont listen to them and learn to read yourself. This was NOT a failed drug test. This was NOT an arrest. This was Richt doing his normal thing. There is no policy for this. richt just Richting.

Ummm. He admitted that he used. According to UGA, that's as good as a positive. As a matter of fact, it's probably better than a positive (tests can fail, too).

There's no gray area here.
You break the rules, you get punished.

What part of Smith, Rambo, Ogletree, Ogletree did JHC not get last season?
How could this rule have slipped by him?

I realize it was not a failed test. The issue is that he admitted it (respectable IMO). Richt AND the University have taken their stance publicly so it is tough to say that they'd overlook it this time. Just because the means by which they found out changed, it doesn't mean the punishment will.

Can't remember but was the pot brownie thing last season and actual arrest or test? It was still a suspension IIRC.
