Check your media guide as well as the NCAA stats.
The vacated win is removed from the winner, the loss remains for the loser.

I see where that is true for the Arkansas loss to OSUe in the Cotton Bowl, so apparently that is true.
But I also see where a win is not vacated - looking at FSU's vacated wins, and losses, their opponents who won during those years still record the wins.
