The Memphis area, whether it be TN or MS. Would prefer Shelby County though(not city of Memphis)

What? Germantown maybe and only then if you have bars on your windows and live in a gated community with full-time security guards. Bartlett, Raleigh-Egypt, Fraiser, Cordova, Highland Heights, Whitehaven ... all lost to major crime.
I have to ask, are you African American by chance?
Anyways, Mt Dora, Florida is a nice place.
