It has nothing to do with FL, and everything to do with fairness. There should be no permanent opponents. Scheduling should be done on a rotating basis so that everyone has the ability to play each other.

To answer the question though. The schedules are only unfair in comparison to Bama because right now UT sucks, UF is top 10 every year, Bama's alternating east opponent is going through Mizzou and UK while LSU's is USCe and UGA. The schedules work, just the last season and this next one we got unlucky. If 2 years from now LSU is still playing UGA/USCe and Bama is still playing UK/Mizzou, then I'll bitch, but until then I'll just take this opportunity to get to go to a game in Athens. When your alternating east opponent is easy, you gotta take advantage that year and win almost all your other games. Bama has done that.
