Dr James Andrews, because he's the only person I've ever heard of that is remotely close to a trainer.

The only trainers I know are the ones who I know IRL, and I'm not posting their names

He's a Doc more than a trainer, but his staff/trainers are the real deal and some of the best in the profession.
