Even with a medical RS, if Fowler receives a draftable grade, I don't see him returning. His stock won't get any higher with another year. If he can get paid, he should do so.

I agree, I've said similar.

*Age(He's was a little older out of HS, and a Senior season would add another year)
*In line for his degree
*Already suffered a serious injury
*Plays a position that rises because of post season workouts rather than another season
*Carries are at a premium

If Fowler puts a 13-14 game season healthy on tape this year, I consider him a player who could jump to the NFL.
