So 2 out of 15. Still doubt we would have gone.

I thought Louisville played in a BCS game when they beat Florida in the Sugar Bowl this past season.

Oh, wait...you're one of those fans.

You cannot honestly believe Georgia was better than South Carolina last season.
Sure I can.

SC destroyed Georgia when they played.
And UF destroyed USC even worse when they played each other.

But the games were a bit different. Versus UGA, USC dominated the game outright, out-scoring UGA 35-0 until our backups allowed a meaningless TD with under 2 minutes left to play. We out-gained UGA 392 yds to 224 yds despite UGA running 6 more total offensive plays than USC had.

Versus UF, USC turned the ball over 3 times to start the game, giving up all the momentum of the game to UF on their home field. The TOs put UF on USC's 2-yd line, 29-yd line, and 1-yd line and the Gators capitalized by scoring 3 TDs. At the end of a 44-11 loss, USC still had more total offensive yds than UF did despite only having the ball 8 minutes in the 2nd half to UF's 22 minutes.

UF had offensive drives in that game like:

3 plays, 2 yds
3 plays, -7 yds
3 plays, -5 yds
3 plays, -12 yds
3 plays, 6 yds
3 plays, 0 yds

Those constituted UF's offensive possessions in the 1st half. But USC's offense didn't show up that day, and the defense lost interest in the 2nd half and the score blew up...

UGA only had 1 turnover in our game, I believe. It had nothing to do with the outcome of our game, like the UF one....

My God. Who fricking cares?

Bottom line, both teams got rocked where it mattered - on the scoreboard.

Also, Georgia's victory over Florida was far less impressive than SC's win over UGA or Florida's win over SC.

Georgia's win over Florida required quite a bit of luck. First, there were many important Florida players who had the flu during that game. Second, Florida fumbled the ball on Georgia's 3 yard line with 2 minutes to go. Had that not happened, Florida likely would have won.

Regardless, Florida dominated SC, who dominated UGA. Georgia went to Atlanta because of an easy schedule and a fluke play.

Georgia would not have won the East if they played SC or Florida's schedule. No sane person can deny that.

Most of our 6 turnovers were forced, so not really.

A forced fumble by Jarvis Jones.

In your opinion.

No person can say they wouldn't either since they didn't play LSU

Don't bother. There's no reasoning with this guy.

The schedule of the 2012 Georgia Bulldogs really did some damage on him.

If they choke this year with their schedule I might actually die laughing.

I'm surprised a Gator is sticking up for the doggies so much.

So you're saying the same Georgia team that choked on 9000 dicks when they played at South Carolina would go into Baton Rouge and beat LSU?

You certainly are delusional enough to be a Georgia fan.

Best season in South Carolina history, with the most talent they've ever had, real legit talent. It's extraordinary what they accomplished. 100% props to what Spurrier has done with the team and what the Athletic Department has done with the area around the stadium.

First Class all the way.

3rd in the East.

Damn you're retarded. The loss to Bama kept us out not losing to USC

Never ceases to amaze me how dumb Georgia fans are when they constantly claim how academically prestigious they are. Imagine if by some stroke of God you beat us last year. Do you think you would have gone to Sugar Bowl or Florida? If you can't figure it out... ask the random UF guy in this thread who's trying to internet blow all you uga guys. Even Peter Buck can understand this scenario.

Technically, losing to Bama kept us out of a BCS game... The BCS game. Losing to USC only came into play after we lost to Bama.... Either way, you thinking that was a burn may be the the dumbest thing said on this thread... Salt life Bo....

Sure, ignore the post with the number of times the loser of the CG goes to a BSC bowl. But if believing our loss to you guys kept us out makes you feel better about finishing in 3rd then you go right ahead.
