Me neither. That's why I said I don't know where 1.2 million dollars is going, other than to buy some contractor a new lake house.

It is gubment work, so it is a bit pricey, but they are having to rip up quite a bit and be careful not to disturb the gates, they are removing a lot of dirt, new concrete and pavers, new trees(besides the two) and landscaping

Part of the cost is the removal of a lot of dirt, etc.. there is still poison in the ground and can take up to 5 years for it to be safe. Still 1.2 million sounds high....
