Better part of a month in 1998.
When I was in the service we had to do a 30 day FTX at the Joint Readiness Training Center at Ft. Polk (basically in the woods the whole time) to prepare for possible deployment to Bosnia. Our neighbors ended up going instead though.
I did end up at a MASH tent at one point though and took what I guess could technically be called a shower. It was January in Louisiana, outside, and they had these big drums of water supported up in the air that you could stand underneath and pull a string and release water and bathe for pretty much as long as you wanted, as long as you didn't mind hypothermia. My "shower" lasted about 2 minutes.
