Ok, so that list is partially weighed by international faculty, and international students.

I'd say you are no better prepared for your career at Arkansas, Tennessee, or LSU that you are at Texas A&M, Georgia, or Florida. Vanderbilt is an exception b/c it's private. But, state schools prepare you at about the same level as other state schools.
