Would be awesome if he did...but our hitting needs to get on track. Renfroe and Pirtle are the only two pulling their weight.

Paul on 247 said that Will Cox is expected to start.

Rea has been hitting decent as well.
We need to get Detz, CT, and Frazier back to hitting good.

Yeah, I am hoping Rea, CT and Frazier will get back on track.
At this point I really don't see why pitchers are even giving Renfroe anything to hit.

Matt Stevens said the same thing yesterday...
Logan Lowery is reporting the Woodruff info today, so it seems they may have changed their minds...

We need to get Woodruff the start. He has to find his rhythm so we can maybe start getting him some weekend relief work and hope he works his way back to a starting spot towards tournament time.

FWIW Woody pitched a good game last year vs USA.

Would love to see him go lights out -- completely up to expectations -- for 40-50 pitches and us pull him on a pitch count, thus allowing us to start him Sunday against Florida. Not expecting it -- but hoping.
Starting to look more and more likely that Lindgren won't be ready to go this weekend, so I'm thinking we may try to use him to start the Governor's Cup...

Woody alright...
Words can't express how huge this start is for our season going forward...
If he isn't in the weekend rotation and living up to expectations(with Lindgren back) by mid-late April, we will not be elite IMO

No walks or HBPs in the 1st inning.

Fingers crossed...
Seems guys were still making better contact than you'd expect with his "stuff" -- but I'm fine with that...

Errors ain't helping woody

They gave that a hit. Prob should have been an error on Frost.

Sam Frost is literally Hitler.
