I recommend people stay out of Atlanta at all costs, period. This city sucks and it is hood. So is Clayton County, though, the dumbest county in the country.

Really? The whole city? Which part do you live in? Gonna be kinda hard to stay out of the city with the final four coming to town 
No doubt there are some very bad places in the city and outside (including Lovejoy) but saying the whole city is "hood" is moronic.
