That shite is called immaturity - some young guys pan out the minute they hit campus, and some have to be "persuaded" to do things Coach's way. I have no doubt that Cal will get his process through their thick skulls in the offseason and we will see a much better product on the court next year.

Cal will give the players a choice, they either get with the program or GTFO. And, because he is a top shelf recruiter, he can replace their talent with someone just as talented.
