Everything is healthy on him except for the cancer. It just came on so suddenly. He is 100x worse today than last night. He is just laying around. He can barely move except to get up and drink water and use the bathroom every once and a while. I feel so depressed and lonely now. I'm going to be a fricking wreck after I have to put him to sleep.

My wife's Rottweiler had cancer and she just laid in my in-laws carport to stay cool. She was fine one week and then hurting very badly the next. I would just try to make her comfortable and pet her.
I can't say anything that will make it easier but I will say he seemed like an awesome dog from what you've said and I hate you're going through this shite. I'm a dog person too so I know how you feel.
