Who knows if the Vols will get in or not, and the same holds true for Bama.

All today really proves is that this idea of a "resume" is such a sham. Bama is a better team than UT, they have proved it on the court, yet paper results say UT is better.

That's stupid. Bama is a bad match up for UT - clearly. Doesn't mean UT wouldn't be the better NCAAT team. They have a better chance of advancing in the NCAAT than Bama. That's why head to head is irrelevant in this case and for the committee's decision.

So I guess the sub .500 UGA team is clearly the better team than UT and should be on the bubble, and not UT if we go the head to head logic.

This is so many levels of asinine. Tournament teams overcome bad matchups vs. "inferior" teams. The reason why UT can't overcome the matchup vs. Bama is because Bama is the better team.

Neither team is a world beater, and both would probably not make it out of the first weekend but trying to argue head to head is irrelevant is ludicrous, and why the tournament selection process is a fraud. Hopefully the selection committee would do the right thing in this situation.
