The REAL story is the cause of the rib injury. No truth to the rumor that his ribs ached from bending wrong while receiving all those rusty trombones from KW.

I've been saying this all along. McCarron clearly wasn't the same QB after the Mississippi State game. He was wildly inaccurate at times and missing a lot of easy throws that he was completing earlier in the season.

usually, all football players play the end of the season injured in some way.

Our dual-threat QB had a cracked scapula in his throwing shoulder all season and a foot that needed surgery in the off-season, and you won't see an article about him on ESPN.com. Sheesh.....
